Exactly, I like the concept, and really think it's a corridor that can have much more density. But the city needs to slow traffic down along 109 if they want people to live there. It's a similar problem to Fort Rd where they want to build a TOD, but basically turned the roadway into a mini-freeway. Who'd want to live there? Even full-time parking would help.
