Looks like Panorama remains largest population in the city, but beltline trajectory is solid. Currently #3.
Panorama people per dwelling ratio increases to 3.08, while people per dwelling ratio in the beltline decreases to a mere 1.36.
Eau Claire (7.12% drop), Bridgeland, Downtown West End, Sunalta, Ramsay, Mission, all decrease in population.
Not counting brand new devleopments that have started within the last ten years, Panorama leads increases, with 1,358 more people.
Beltline largest inner city increase, with 513 more people, #19 by that measure.
Interestingly, Beltline increase of population, at 2.54%, lags City of Calgary population increase of 2.62%.
Beltline is #1 in Calgary as measured by count of vacant dwellings at 510. #2 has less than half that.
Only 26.6% of dwellings in the Beltline are occupied by their owners! I knew there were a lot of rental properties, but didn't think it was 10,000 units.
