The sales office (a big-— sales office complete with a mural pained by 4 international artists) is almost complete.
Thank goodness. That area is a freaking wasteland. I went to the Cage aux sports right in front a few weeks ago and I almost barfed from looking at all those horrendous parking lots.
Uhhh what the hell is this? Are our cities turning into the US now or something...?

The proposal calls for UP TO 5 residential towers along with 2 office towers right along Kingway, with the potential to transform a length equivalent to 2 city blocks of the south side of Kingsway.
Here are several articles related to the proposal!

Construction of the Tour des Canadiens is starting, which means that they have to move the Place du Centenaire to the other side of the Bell Center. Here's the renders of the future place.
Holy —, I have been waiting for a real render(not just a low-quality drawing) of the Fenwick Redevelopment for 2 years! That looks remarkably better than what it was proposed as before, and catagorically better than it currently is. Bravo!
