Thanks for posting that info about the CNU convention in SLC. What a great opportunity for SLC! If you haven't checked out the link yet, there are some great articles about SLC. One is a tribute from Andres Duany about the Mormon grid. Another is about another ideas competition on how to better design with the large blocks of the Mormon grid.
Another fascinating article was about how
there will be a temporary set up for Granary Row starting at the time of the convention and will last for 6 months. It will feature shipping crates as temporary restaurants, etc. Check it out! Here's the link:
