I have quite enjoyed my emails and chat with Kerry, but he is NOT Mayoral material. Mayors should have vision, not visions of pot hole filling.

As much as I don't like that he is running. Don't under estimate the power of ignorance. Look what Toronto got. Expect him to play up the elites in Edmonton against the common people of the burbs. It worked for Ford It'll work for Kerry.

It will depend on who else throws their hat in the ring and how well they can or cannot mobilize voters.
It's probably a good thing that elections are held in the fall...all the potholes are filled, most of the road construction is completed, and not enough snow to warrant plowing!
This man constantly perplexes me. His chosen timing couldn't be much worse. The deal goes through and he makes the announcement while the media blasts positive news about a council that the people actually like.
What was his alternative? Make the announcement one day after killing a deal after years of fiasco during the halo of massive negative press? And why be the first man in when Mandel still could 🞵🞵🞵🞵 the oxygen out of the room by simply throwing his hat in the ring?
