A few construction sites in the city and on that's now complete.
Extendicare Homes which opened at the beginning of April and the Plummer Hospital is now closed.
Sault College Health and Wellness Centre which will open in September.
Site of new Catholic High School and two 6 floor apartment buildings at Pine Street and Second Line East (Highway 17).
I just realized something pretty cool! By the time EAP II is fully complete and open, City Centre will be above ground, by the time City Centre I is complete, Herald Square will be above ground. Pretty good Basically for the next 5(at least) years, Calgary is going to constantly have at least one major office tower going up, plus several minor ones at the same time! (Eau Claire, 3 Eau Claire, Centre 11, etc..)

Mohkínstsis — 1.6 million people at the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 400 high-rises, a 300-metre SE to NW climb, over 1000 kilometres of pathways, with 20% of the urban area as parkland.
Here's another random project: LeMarchant Street mixed-use building for Dalhousie. There's been a lot of construction on the Dal campus in recent years. They don't really build highrises anymore, but the university has an urban campus with a nice mix of interesting mid-sized buildings that blends in with the surrounding neighbourhoods. As the university has grown, it's started to feel more like an extension of the downtown or inner-city rather than an independent institution out in a residential neighbourhood somewhere. The feel is becoming quite similar to a mini-U of T.
