Yeah.. you can do a deal if all the paperwork is done. Don't necessarily need a a shovel in the ground.
However in this case, I think they'll push forward with the work, and soft market it for a while. They'll want to flip it by the time occupancy begins.. # 1, the developer is not a property manager, and # 2, the hotel industry is a nasty nasty business
