You are correct, sir! Centennial Place's spire is a bit taller, but the tower is also slightly east of EAP II. As far as roof height goes, EAP II will be tied with Canterra Tower (now Devon Tower) and Transcanada Tower as 6th tallest in the city. So basically when EAP II is done, Calgary will have 8 buildings over 175 meters ;D
