Yes. Note the very close similarity to property sizes, especially with regards to the sizes of the backyards.
In the inner city, you get a small house with a big yard. In the suburbs, you get a big house with a small yard. So your argument that people are moving to the suburbs for "bigger yards" is kind of odd. Some of the houses do have large yards, but it doesn't seem to be all that different from the inner city.
Also, I just want to point out that with significantly less population than Winnipeg, Thunder Bay has a grocery store in each of its downtowns; the largest one has two. There really is no excuse for a downtown core with as many people as Winnipeg to not have a convenient and accessible grocery store.
