Interesting to see. One group hauling from the excavation and another neighboring site is hauling in fill.
Stormwater management facility? I know there is a rezoning underway for the NW corner proposing more commercial, business industrial uses.

I wonder if it was the crane I saw coming into town last week, when I drove down to Red Deer.

First and Jasper - really liking the 'prism' entrance on Jasper and the wood grain trim accent.

"wood grain trim" is that what that is?? It it looks plain beige - light brown to me - and nothing like the original rendering. I thought it was going to be clad in stainless steel.

Is it safe to assume the "break" in the building will delineate office from hotel? (hotel lower/office above???)

I'm thrilled this is going ahead so quickly. It is such a prime location... I'd imagine it's going to be a rather easy building to lease. Kudos to John Day for what should be another fantastic project of his.

He's not one that goes around showing fancy renderings, he actually gets things done. Probability of this proceeding, 99.5%

I'm guessing the new KR Tower is going to be taller than Scotia 1, right?
