His work is not finished me thinks. April 2 we will find out. I am going to be sending an Email thanking him for his work so far and encouraging him to run for one last term. IMO best Mayor we have had ever!!!!

i think he knows there is already a group of much more than 10 that would be happy to be there with you. i'm afraid it's not a question of how much support is there for the asking although i hope there might be enough to overcome some of the other very deserving and wonderful influences in his life... being mayor is not a one person job.

while that's possible, my guess would be that space is an intersticial mechanical floor pseparating the hotel/retail and office components of the building...

Great to see so many cranes in this area, but man that corner at 124 and Jasper is completely wasted in its current form.

While it is great that Jasper up to 109 is getting a face lift, what's the chances planning could start on a face lift between 109 and 124? It doesn't have to be anything major but come on, there's still wooden electrical poles lining Jasper here and the whole streetscape looks so run down. Much needed in my opinion, when current restoration is done, it'll be like driving through Robson street and Hastings all on one road.

Those that want Mandel to run, consider that he is now 69, and will be 72 before his next term would be up. As much as I would like him to run again, as there doesn't seem to be a good second choice, Mandel probably will not run again.

I also have a feeling Mandel won't run again. And I fear who will be the next Mayor, especially if its someone who wants to bring this city back to 1994.

+11 and sunny today in Vancouver... We'll walk down to Denman & Davie for brunch, go take a hike in Lynn Canyon, then afternoon beer and fish & chips on a patio on Marine Drive in White Rock

The trans Canada between Surrey and North Van is almost entirely under construction. What a mess.

Haven't been here since just before the Olympics... Wow, what a contrast... The social blight and grit is back with a vengence. Edmonton pales in comparison

It's supposed to get nearly as warm here in Edmonton by the end of this week. While it's something much appreciated, this is going to get messy - really messy - with all that snow that's fallen.
