I'd imagine majority of the Connaught marketing will be done in the GTA.

I was trying to imagine scientist and steelworkers as part of the lefty latte slipping classes, and it wasn't working for me. lol!

Wow, 481 University is simply a catastrophe. It needs a complete ground up redesign IMO.

I'm liking the new E condos, hopefully they have more luck selling them than they have had so far. I doubt we'll be seeing this one going up any time in the near future though.

I agree with you on both projects. 481 University looks ridiculous, something any architect should feel ashamed of. But E condos looks great all around.

I thought they had cancelled this project, so glad the new rendering came out. Shows that there are signs of life yet at Yonge and Eglinton.

It's kinda dead. Not canceled but sales stuck around 50% with little momentum to push them over the hump.

New renderings probably aren't enough so they are either going to have to put the units on sale (unlikely) or shelve it and wait for the market to absorb a lot of the new units (likely scenario IMO)
