It looks as though they are building a sales office or presentation centre on site on the south side of Lakeshore for this development now.

The last two are good. Not sure about la Rocabella. If there was just one, or two of different sizes it might not be too bad. But having them close together exactly the same size/shape makes them resemble a single large commie-block slab.

^Something that everyone here agrees on.

It is worth mentioning that only 1 tower and the podium is currently u/c, and the second tower (the one on the right) may never go up if the market demand crashes (which it might). If that is the case, Roccabella may end up looking nicer with one tower...
