I've been enlightened! Thanks! It would seem that would be the logical spot for BHP then! Hopefully they can approve the mine sooner than later and get started on an impressive building downtown!
For what it's worth, I am for the North Bridge, not that I would be using it all that much, but it would certainly help alleviate traffic going to and from the CUC!
And as for Regina being easier to drive around, I agree! It is fast and simple to get around. I wonder if it is city planning? or the lack of a river or any obstacle really to contend with? Probably a bit of both in my opinion.
