^This is one of those cases where I wish I could reach through the computer screen.
The demand for condo units isn't terribly great in Hamilton. And yes, it's only natural these guys want to scoop up that demand before anyone else can. Simply stating the obvious, which is my forte afterall.
Try not to be quite as big a d*ck in your next post and I'll keep the 'far too big' comments to a minimum in the Connaught section.
