yup.
When someone pays for my flights I go where they tell me. However for every flight out of YXD I take 3 out of YEG
Will be using it for the rest of the year. or at least 9 more times.

The AG, Feds, RCMP are all building or leasing their own hangars out at YEG.

Apparently they could not get together to build one for all. AG and RCMP are to move as soon as they make arrangements.

I guess this is a good sign.

Since before Christmas all the mechanical suppliers I have talked with have said they have never seen so many tenders out. Another indicated today he cannot keep up with all of them.

I had to check on delivery of an Air Handler from a major supplier. he indicated delivery is now about 14 weeks.

Deliveries on almost everything are incredibly long.
We are procuring what I consider "tidbits" at 11-12 weeks lead time.

We are leveraging our supply chain to "steal" items destined for stock around the US to feed our schedule.

It really is an amazing time in Western Canada.

Kasian for Manu 2 though? Are they the local rep for the architects that did up the great non-Kasian looking design?

Kasian? Interesting, but not bad - just so long as they don't make Manu 2 look fat like Epcor!

Not instilling confidence. Can we presume the design has been dialed back 10-15 years, like stationlands?

Ah yes, the notorious 'shadow' population...it's quite something.

I still think one of the worst aspects of the Epcor tower is the excessive use of the brushed aluminum mullions. If they'd used color coded, smaller mullions it would have turned out looking a lot more contemporary.

In defense of Kasian, the building was designed some time ago. Its not their issue if the client decides to build a dated design.
