Yeah I was thinking Halifax too but I was just talking about the 9 largest because all of them are going mental! and then between number 10 and Halifax there's a couple metros that aren't doing anything exciting (London, St. Catharines). And yes, while Niagara Falls may have some proposals, I question whether they will be built as they are pretty grand and... not sure how things are goin there. Hope they do though.
Basically every city in the country is being transformed except Ontario's smaller, regional metros like London, St. Catharines, Windsor, Sudbury, Waterloo Region, Kingston, etc.
Even Thunder Bay is being transformed! Pretty excited to go back there in a few years to see how amazing the waterfront redevelopment turned out. It's already looking amazing. The condos, hotel, and retail will add a lot to the Port Arthur downtown (which is already the nicer of the two pre-amalgamation downtowns).
