What makes you think that? Check back in the thread. It was 75% sold as of March, I imagine only premium suites are unsold now if anything.

Am I the only one who thinks these floorplans at silver are absolutely terrible?

They have some animations for A/D floor plans up that I never saw before here. That living/kitchen/dining room combo is so cramped.

I think the floorplans are pretty decent considering the small size. 520sf is about as small as it gets for a 1 Bedroom. And they decided to squeeze 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms into 747sf, that's crazy too. I live in a 1 bedroom & den, 1 bathroom, and it's 790sf. It doesn't feel that big either.

The plan A layout is small but do able. However these units are becoming smaller and smaller to keep costs down. I used to think 550 square feet is small to live in downtown. They are pushing 500 square feet and under in the suburbs now.

1 big complaint is lack of countertop space in the kitchen. Very hard to prepare meals in the kitchen unless you like going out every day to eat.

Thanks for the update. Such a slow progress with this tower compared to, for example, Moda.

Yes, the progress for this site is pretty slow compared to others....probably all the construction workers are busy with Metroplace

Looks like they are completing the last of the non-repeating floors so the rest of the tower should shoot up at a much faster rate. Probably roughly a floor per week.
