But it does break down the RDS ratings (Quebecois viewers: 466,000) versus the TSN ratings (non-Quebecois viewers: 1.43 million). And common sense tells you that the
plurality of the 1.43 million non-Quebecois viewers of the Eastern Final (Montreal v. Toronto) likely came from Toronto's fanbase (i.e., Southwestern Ontario).
Even if less than half of the 1.43 million non-Quebecois viewers came from Toronto's fanbase (let's say
670,000), that's still 220,000 more viewers than what the NFL typically draws across the entire country (450,000) on TSN for Sunday Night Football. It's also 420,000 more viewers than what the NBA's Toronto Raptors typically draw across the entire country (150,000) on TSN.
In other words, nothing in Southwestern Ontario is more popular than the CFL right now.
