Right! Except 7 of the 10 tallest towers were built after 1970 including no 1 and 2.

What I love in that picture Darkoshvilli posted is the quality of all the buildings. Even the newish buildings on McGill Street are high quality and compliment the street well.

Actually Montreal is enjoying the biggest construction boom in it's history
there's 4 towers of 40 ,35,33,and 26 floors under construction along with a massive billion dollar super hospital.plus about a half dozen mid-rise projects(10-20 floors) .Things will really start rolling within a year when construction starts on towers of 50,48,40,38,and 35 floors(sure things) and another project of 45 floors is likely to get the go ahead.

Bid went out last year for a new location for the court house. That buidling will be vacated by 2016.

No its been approved for a while now.

A bit on the stumpy side but a nice looking tower nonetheless.

Nice looking tower though I would have liked to see bigger renders of the south side as well since it is even more visually interesting (in my humble opinion)

How many meter high for the deloitte tower? I would guess 110m at least. right?
