AI should be dating the renderings. The page link you provided has this "Video of the new Royal Alberta Museum depicting the design as unveiled in September 2011.". So it is reasonable to assume all the renderings on the page are old. Therfore we have not yet seen the latest renderings. So where are they? This a question to AI !!

I don't get it. If the previous owner stated that tenants were not signing up because of a lack of committment on all-directional accesses, then wouldn't this be an issue for Sun Life and First Capital? Perhaps Chrisen couldn't get things in line to make this development work versus siting access restrictions as the main issue. I am curious to see what Sun Life/First Capital are proposing.
Or maybe Chrisen has realized that they don't possess the creativity or imagination to build anything in an urban core other than a car-centric strip mall?

I have to agree I saw the glass the other day as well.
Additionally, I think once the upgrades along Jasper Ave are complete on this block that the public at large will really appreciate the results. I saw the stone blocks being put up that encase the lower portion of the new stainless steel traffic signals the other day (along 108th street) and was quite impressed. The new sidewalks and transit orientation should really succeed.
