So according to an article in the province the tallest of the Station Square towers in Metrotown (Burnaby) is going to be 575 feet (175 meters). This is tower 3 or 4. The article kind of suggested that both towers 3 and 4 are going to be this height.

Also, rumour on the Vancouver subsection that Surrey's 3 Civic Plaza may be extended to 190 meters. But we will see how true this is.

Tallest tower is 57 floors, pure residential, so standard height really.

the potential 200 meter + towers are the potential 60 to 70 floor towers being proposed for the Brentwood Mall area in Burnaby.

They might revise it up, depending how sales go.

In this area, however I don't have much hope.

It doesn't seem to have lost any height, funny enough. If anything, the renders make it look slightly taller than before.

True the renderings show it considerably taller than ICE 2, which is 235 meters.

So at a minimum it looks about 245 meters tall.

There would be be 2-4 floors of commercial / offices though on each of the 4 towers.

I made a new drawing of 10 York, http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?cityID=12 and whichever editor changed the height, it has been set at an estimate of 232 metres.

I'd prefer a better design and lower height.

Don't expect this thing to get revised back up. Sales are soft and not going to improve dramatically in the next 24 months.

232 meters is not bad. From the street you can't tell the difference from 253 meters.

It was all about bragging rights anyways.

Clearly Tridel listened to me when I told them to emphasize the flatiron shape of the lot--this was via twitter about 4 months ago.

I wonder if they can make the numbers work at 40s? Because I simply don't see demand for these investor-driven projects anymore.

The new renders show it looking at least 10m taller than the Ice towers, so this is going to be at least 245m

Edit, these hasn't been posted yet, from UT, but quoted from ssc
