You just lost any credibility you had left, and I don't think you had any left either. RFP 3 months? Wake up, educate yourself, an RFP process for such a project, can take an entire 12 months, as you have to first draft and issue an RFP, provide sufficient time for bidders to put together and submit proposals, then take the time to evaluate proposals, draft the contract, negotiate some contract terms with the winning bidder, and finally sign the contract.
