Fair enough. An email to the planner may be beyond your ability. You may try to sell them a Ford Pinto.

Why can't you just give a striaght answer instead of playing games.

Obviously if the answer to my question were as easy as you pretend the database for the building height and number of floors would be up to date.

I'm not playing any game. It is that easy for current applications. Heck, the email for the planner is even a hyperlink!

I just spent a ton of hours working on the database. I need a break from it. Roughly 10% of Toronto's high-rises have posted height from reliable source documents. That doesn't include a number of skyscrapers with posted heights that require confirmation. It's too much of a mountain for me. I'll add the data if I come across it otherwise, my estimations are usually pretty good.

P.S. My guess would be 250 metres.

Yes, looks like we are now on the downside of the construction peak. The list will only get shorter from here on out. Even with 88 Scott- 205 meters, BAC2 - 196 meters, and Massey Square - 207 meters coming online next year.

So that looks more done than the Bow. It must be off the list soon! Same with 4 Seasons.

It's still a construction site with hoarding, however it will open for the Toronto International Film Festival in September.

Four Seasons doesn't open until October 5th. At which point, I guess it will come off the list.

Sadly, for you, in the pipeline are 3 other Toronto towers, with one set to being very shortly. Although, I will grant you that Calgary will have one or 2 towers on the list before the end of the year.

I always find it hilarious that the other cities in the country (Calgary and Vancouver) have their buildings taken off the lists months before they are even prepared for occupation and still have hoarding up(The Georgia, The Bow), while some Toronto buildings already have partial occupation (Trump) yet are still on the list. Kindof definitely a double standard?

Relax, I'm just kidding around. I actually agree with you, but whatever, it's not a big deal.

For the last time, The Bow has had its occupation permits for the majority of the building for several weeks and has people working in the building. An office building functions quite differently than a residential building as well. The tenants are responsible for the finishes. The Georgia was "taken off the list" by a foreign editor and, while I disagree with his decision, I'm not going to change it either having, thankfully, not stepped in Vancouver in roughly two years.

Trump is very much under construction despite the opening of the hotel. The residences are incomplete and the facade is still being installed. I'm not referring to replacing mismatched or broken windows but, actual design elements. Take a look up at the corner tower if you don't believe me.
