3. Ice Condominiums II (Toronto): 234.4m / 769ft

10. Casa II (Toronto): 187 meters

Seriously Wildcard...

Ten York - 253 meters....
I'm still hopeful that Herald Square, now officially known as "225 SIXTH", can come in significantly taller than the current 220m plan as they purchased more adjacent land resulting in the possibility of some serious height. They have asked for new design submissions given the new found height / total sf freedom. There is no reason they wouldn't want to take over from the Bow in context of Calgary skyscrapers, and the location of the lot is such that it could comfortably handle a true super-tall. See http://brookfieldofficeproperties.com/content/Calgary/225_SIXTH-6746.html

Fingers crossed

The other one I'm hopeful about is Kings on Fourth, also supposed to be well over 200m (though timing is not clear):

Well that would be something!

As a Toronto boy, I'm hoping Herald Square is one 220 meter tower, and a nice 180 meter sidekick.

Herald Square is only going to be a single tower not a two tower design. That is amazing news for Herald though, even a 260 meter tower there would add an incredible central pinnacle to the skyline, especially if it is an excellent design!

PS. incredible pic of L tower Cal!

Toronto's only hope to keep pace with a 260 meter to 300 meter plus in Calgary is 50 Bloor, with a few extra floors and whatever is going on at 1 Yonge.

That was always the plan. Apparently (upon further investigation) there is now a slim chance of a 2 or 3 tower design... which would really frakking —.

Would be great for Herald Square to become Canada's 1st super tall.

We've been waiting a while on approval for 75 floors at One Bloor. Like Aura will have to wait for concrete to be poured before it becomes official.

I've heard the first phase of Herald Square will likely be the same as rendered. A second phase incorporating a shorter twin tower and a podium mid-rise are planned.

I don't follow, Caltrane. Two trains of thought converging?

P.S. The meeting and ruling on the One Bloor revisions are long past.

How come we don't have a final hieght and why hasn't the diagram been updated with the new floor count?

With the additional floors it still stays within the heights of the Bazis 281.3m approved for the site. This building is likely around 275m or 900ft now.

The sloping roof has been excavated from the design in favour of a new yet to be revealed design.
