I don't know anything about that, but it wouldn't be in keeping with the past couple for DP applications for the site (or would it?):

Job No 92489538-018: To reduce the number of Dwellings in an Apartment House from 174 to 128 (The Pearl).
11949 - JASPER AVENUE NW
Plan 1021575 Blk 19 Lot 24
PAGNOTTA INDUSTRIES INC, (EUGENE VILLARICA)
OLIVER

Job No 92489538-014: To increase the maximum floor plate area for level 35 from 320sq.m. to 326sq.m. for an Apartment House building (the Pearl).
11949 - JASPER AVENUE NW
Plan 1021575 Blk 19 Lot 24
1306172 AB LTD C/O BRINSMEAD KENNEDY ARCHITECTURE
OLIVER

Either way, if they're planning on doing something like that they would have to really boogie on their permit apps

No DP issued to confirm this...but I am going to say this is false given that they would also have to revise their DC2 zoning...which would not be quick.

Noticed that there is a sales centre for the new project at Belevedere Station... selling now it looks like in the low 2's. Looks about the same as the Maxx/Fusion type stuff we're seeing around town.

Also noticed that the Canada Packers land has sold. Interesting.

Good to hear. Curious to see what goes in there, hoping they retain the stack in a round about or the like.
