The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario headquarters on Bloor also has a nice one, but I can't find any pictures online.
The city has many more atriums. Condos are rarer. I'd start with the Atrium condo.

The massing and scale of these towers are exactly what you'd find in Richmond BC. I wonder if this is more than just coincidence.

Here is a new proposal for Sherbrooke. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until 2013 to know if it's approved or not.

Floors

1-2 - retail
3-8 - office
9-10 - 2 x 2 story super penthouses
This is awesome, simply because of how impressively small the lot is. Take a peek

This is at King and Spadina. Currently home to a new LCBO that was just built about 2 years ago.

The city of Moncton is currently seeking proposals for a redevelopment of the current Highfield Square site to include a new 10,000 seat multi events centre and arena. This is a major project for the downtown, estimated to cost in excess of $100M, generating an additional $100M in development of adjacent sites.

This is an abbreviated (and editted) video of the presentation made in city council chambers last week. Four local Moncton architectural firms were invited to share their visions for the site.

The proposal shown in the screen cap of the YouTube video is the best one IMO. The other three are suffering. The first one was terrible, the third was OK, and the 4th has redeeming elements in design, but is made laughable by their candy-inspired arena design.

Laval University's rector will present tomorrow the plans for a new student residence building to be constructed on the main campus (400 units). It was long overdue since the last time such residences were built dates back to the 70's. I hope the design will be in line with the quality projects built by the University recently instead of the bunkers it built in the 70's:

Amen to that! I briefly lived in those things... they are pretty awful, even by university residence standards.

You should see the residence at Western. It was designed by an architect known at the time for designing jails.
