The CMA's between the cities are completely different though. Saskatoon's CMA includes a ton of decently sized communities (Martinsville, Warman, Dalmeny, etc), Regina's is pretty much just farm land except for White City.
That's why I said "All things equal", looking at population inside city limits only, Saskatoon is 34,000 more.
That's enough about this though. Back to construction talk...
