If HUB Cigar reopens, any chance they can restore the classic neon sign?

Re: the discussion on the last page...

Oliver (particularly West Oliver) would be infinitely more attractive to me if the LRT continued under Jasper Ave (or at least 102 ave) to the West end. I would be more tempted to buy in Century Park than West Oliver for that reason alone.

they must be including more 1 & 2 bedroom units than were originally planned.

Makes sense.... Bach. Units are less desireable and tower 1 has a ton of them

Good explanation. Forgot about the hoard of (management intensive) bach suites in the project.

Glad to see they are adding a new entrance. Great building, but needs better street interaction.

There were talks of opening an oyster bar down there at one point.

Some pretty interesting topics this year.
They really need to dial up the exec roundtable panel:

Dundee, Oxford, Aspen.

Springwood Land Corp

Nothing like a small local player to draw the crowds in.

^ I've already got a pretty good idea how that's going to go.

I'll be in the bar by 3:05

The rest of the program looks pretty lame compared to other years, but I would say the round table lineup is pretty solid.

Yes. Remember that Procura's original plan was to replicate the programming of the South phase. Now that they are looking at targeting the mid-higher rental market the number of units will ultimately decrease, even if they weren't decreasing the height.

What are you getting at? All the other Real Estate Forums across the country typically have a local developer/land owner at the final roundtable session. There is nothing wrong with that.
