But you do pass along your speculations as facts. That's a huge problem and I don't know why people are stepping in to defend this regardless how I react to it. I know you are a successful advertising executive. However, only a snake oil salesman would say such a thing as "almost guaranteed".
I spent an unbelievable amount of time improving this site otherwise I likely would have gone the way of the Dodo. The caltrane steveve combination is often offensive (given my 15 years speculating in real estate and real estate development) and unbearable and now they let Whistler back in.
