Avison Young Q4 report:
http://www.avisonyoung.com/library/pdf/E...les_and_Reports/2011Q4_Office_Report.pdf

Some very interesting mentions:
#15: 104 St...I assume this is the parking lot north of Birks?
#19: Commerce Place II

I thought the structure for a second Commerce was not complete because they couldn't touch the CIBC building?

As for the other Melcor project, it is a wicked little infill.

That would be my guess as well, but why wouldn't they put it on the smaller property behind Quest?

Also, why wouldn't you lease a space rather than do a trailer.

Hard to look at that photo without looking at the lobby and thinking "why did they leave the construction scaffolding up?".

I sure hope those aren't 100% accurate renders, otherwise this already mediocre project has taken another step backwards from this...

(the Epcor Tower part, the podium I like the WE rendering better)

Anyone know if the 2 storey structure on the corner will be built to accommodate a tower addition in the future? If not, it should be. What a small investment now, for a potential huge payoff later.

I somehow highly doubt it though.
