^That I agree with. Much better use of that land than a public square.

Was downtown today and saw the Kelly Ramsey building. Any idea when that project will start? There's fencing all around the building right now.

^rumours have a development proposal different from what is shown potentially not too far off in terms of moving forward, but all is hearsay.

I'm only able to view those pictures of the quest on my phone...bit it looks like a pos. Why the hell are the glass panals so small for what should be a million doller view. All I see are mullions mullions mullions. And what an akward space between the kitchen island and wall. If you toss a couple bar stools for the island then you don't have enough room for a table.

Floor plan http://www.qcondos.com/floors/suiteo.html

I would have reduced patio space for a larger family or dining space. I would have also removed the master balcony... Or halved it. Dining/entertainment space along with master is too important for this type of buyer.

As for the estate, is that not the Mactaggart?

Sounds like the KR redevelopment will indeed be more exciting than we think... C2E.

I don't understand why some realtors don't bother to crop the images they upload on MLS. They should all know how to take and upload a proper photograph by now. If I was the owner of that $15 million dollar house I would tell the realtor to fix it.

That riverbend estate home has been for sale for a long time, and the price hasn't changed.

I suspect that it will remain on listing for a long time too. I think for $15mm I'd likely have a $1mm penthouse in Edmonton, and 14 other $1mm penthouses around the world

While that estate is beautiful... realistically buy, subdivide, sell a bunch of estate homes. Mind you, this property makes Katz's house look like a wee bit much.

I wouldn't say there are that many mullions. I'd also say there is adequate space between the island and the living area even after you put some bar stools around it.

I would agree with cold regarding reducing the size of the balcony along the Master Bdrm. Too large and not that usable given its long rectalinear shape.

Price is higher at $689 psf. But for a penthouse within market range.

vs Shofears view

Although having the balcony infornt of those windows top allow you to clean them regularly is awesome.

^The Quest unit has a greater length of windows than yours. Although I like your view much better.
