I recall seeing some plans and drawings on this building. From what I remember, it had a sweet car-elevator underground parking system

When you drive by on the Henday you get a sense of the size. It still looks like a prison though.

Unlike the 2 I'm working on, combined I think they would easily fit into one pod at the Remand.

A great little write up on that Jasper Gates project on Buzz Buzz. I think that the bike wash station and storage room is a cool idea and should be a given for EVERY infill condo development.

Only way I could see a tower of this size going up with the Arc (aka manu 2) looking more and more like its likely to go ahead would be commitment from a major hotel chain. Can't see the demand.
