I've heard Silverado Demo has been working in Moose Jaw lately. I believe there is a hanger being demo'd at the Base.

I noticed that there is now blue mobile fencing around the building. Something must be going on.

I actually think they are doing demolition work, took some pictures and saw that most if not all of the windows are essentially non-existant, and the interior looks gutted in some of the rooms.

I'd like to agree with you but it's been like that for at least a month now, and unless you saw actual workers on the site or some Silverado trucks there I'm gonna have to disagree.

I see they are drilling pilings for the base of the lighting standards on the south portion of the Ring Road( and also for new signage ) and around the new overpass! Yeahhhhhhhhh!! I don't understand why the lighting on Lewvan Dr. from Gordon Rd. to Jim Cairns Blvd. has been out for months now. I see they have been doing some work on the old bases of the light standards, but this seems to me to be a ridiculous amount of time for this major road to be basically in the dark for so long. It also appears they are finally getting close to opening the overpass at Lewvan and the No. 1 highway.

I've emailed saskpower twice about the lights on south lewvan being out and haven't received a reply. That was over 6 months ago. Its pitch black.
Does anyone know if they have plans for lighting up the east side of the Ring Rd. by the university ?

I've been following this forum for months now and finally decided to throw my 2 cents in. I have probably the best view of the plains in the city from my
7th floor office. We've been watching the "non-activity" for 2 years now. This whole thing smells to high heaven.

As for the last post:

That parking lot "within the fenced off area" is full of cars ALL day EVERY day. I don't know if they are parking for free, or if the developers are collecting money while they do absolutely nothing in or around the building.
You likely just saw someone taking advantage of some free evening parking.

The parking lot behind the Plains that is usually FULL of cars is completely empty this morning. Either the developer has finally fenced off access from the alley (I can't see over top of Breggs), or they have posted no parking signs, or everyone that parks there is observing American Thanksgiving.

there is machinery on the lot as of today. activity looks like it "could" start tomorrow......

Someone should call Silverado demolition just to be sure, I will but I got myself a drivers test to upgrade my license to a class 5. Been a learner for. over. 3. years! D:
