If this is the worst St John's has to offer, it's the luckiest city in Canada imo.

As well, St. John's city hall (the bunker, as it's known) isn't the most ascetically pleasing building in the city.

The design looks interesting, but the interface to the street and pedestrian access look horrible in this picture. Weird for a city hall.

The city hall is brutalist, and a matter of opinion, it's worse now though because it needs cleaning.

Interesting, that's the first time I've ever seen any sort of "plan" for the rest of Atlantic place. I wonder if the rest of the building would have looked any better than the lower half.

That's actually one of my favourite Montreal skycrapers, and I've always wished that something like it was built in Toronto. Though, I am a sucker for PoMo.

Toronto could have used one of those with a non-flat top roof, but not that specific one.. blech.

it is hugely ironic that its name is the sturdy stone building. if you go inside the parking lot its cracked all to shit. i would say that it is cracked so much that they are having a structural nightmare with this building. i kid you not. the cracks are 3 to 4 inches wide in many cases. they are long. like up to 50 feet in some places. it looks scary.

I like the way some of the interior and exterior elements reflect the Egise next door. Didn't the church own the property that was built on.

Not one of the ugliest, but I've always found it rather ostentatiously ugly. Something vulgar about its appearance. My least favorite of the tall group (40 story plus) of Montreal skyscrapers.

The Rogers Building looks like the Louvre when compared to the Toronto Police Building on Bay.

Check out the eyesore in the background on the right.

This building has had these crappy mismatched gold windows for as long as I can remember. If they spent a little money and reclad the 10-12 floors that have the gold windows so they matched it would still be ugly, but just that much less.

Driving north on Trafalgar from the QEW subjects you to one of the worst "skylines" in the GTA.

I can appreciate Brutalism and all, but not those things.

Look south of the QEW for the better looking Oakville!

Complexe G in QC is hideous. As is Guy-Favreau in Montreal, and all of those Fed building in Hull. the entire skyline of Longueuil is fugly. Then there is the Hell Building (Concordia):
