Good find kramer !! here's more from Dorsay's website:
Dorsay Development Corporation purchased a 50% interest in the office complex known as Atria I, II and III in 2005. This office complex is located on a 22 acre parcel of land. There was 6.12 acres of land on the site which was available for future development. Dorsay and its joint-venture partner successfully received Official Plan Approval for mixed use development on this parcel of land
Alto is listed as 2 x 38 st & 26 st on UrbanToronto. Anyways, a nice high-rise cluster is forming at Sheppard/404 with this and Heron's Hill. Our highways are becoming quite interesting drives to go high-rise sight-seeing.
^^That's a really dumb-looking proposal. Should have went for a more robust massing... instead they miniaturized the standard point tower, complete with fake low-rise street wall... only to be sandwiched next to the most bulky-scaled projects in the city. The scale doesn't match at all, it looks ridiculous.
