LOL.. It is a reflection off the facade of the Millennnium Hotel (?). I was fooled by a similar optical illusion on the Carnegie 57 thread.

i'll be there next week to check up on this monster

and the pic posted above by NYGuy i think is the best shot yet showing how the big void in the skyline is being filled up down there. we all know this iconic shot from the Rock and finally these beauties are springing up and that hole is being filled by 1 & 4 WTC

I wonder if there is something wrong with the last row of corner cladding pieces. it seems they left all of the pieces out on the last row installed.

I wouldn't be surprised if the corner cladding was all one piece that covers the full length of the transition nodes. I have no basis for this comment... just throwing that out there.
