Now with Trax connecting the city, and planning for a more dense and eclectic downtown area, along with venues like the Maverick Center, I wonder if in a decade or two there may be sort of a twin-cities scenario shaping up with SLC and WVC.

Crazy to think WVC has about 50,000 fewer people then SLC, however WVC has no downtown and not a single highrise. WVC is a bit behind when it comes with setting up a city core. But Im glad to see that city making tons of improvements to that area. I would like to see a few highrises in that area oneday. I think WVC is more ready for highrises then Sandy or Murray.
