Long story short:
* There's already an observation deck in Tower 1.
* The space in the top of 2WTC is already reserved for mechanical equipment and air intakes. It's not empty, I just never put anything in there in my renders because putting random blocks of equipment is tedious and boring.
* There isn't enough space for the elevators.

No, look at the plans the very tip top corner of WTC2 is vacant unless all the pics and designs I've seen of it are wrong? It looks like they're going to just make the scaffolding go up and create an empty top corner not covered by windows or made into a floor etc. It would be perfect for a small observatory like the Empire State Building's 102nd floor.

Once the building is pressurized, the wavy reflection will be reduced.

Until that's done, the facade will look sort of ugly.

Does anyone know what happended to that Subway Restaurant Box that was raised up on the 1WTC last year? Is it still rising up with the tower, or is it remaining stationary on the first couple of floors.

The top enclosed floor behind the blue netting is floor 57. The nodes start on floor 58 and continue to the start of floor 60.

The glass looks so slick! I like how shiny and reflective it is. Will no doubt take all the eyes away from 7WTC's facade, which was once (imo) better than any building in that area.

Wasn't this debunked a few months ago when the facade was first starting to go up?

I prefer 7WTC's facade. I will reconsider that judgement when the building is finished and pressurized, though.

i think he means compared to the 'professional' renders. obviously those are made to make everything look perfect.

STR's are the closets to reality. and he can control things as he goes along/change angles.
