No, the Salt Building is going to be home to a new brew pub by the Mark James Group (Yaletown Brewing, Dix, Big Ridge, etc.)
This is going to be on the west side of the community centre. I knew that there would be a cafe/restaurant, but I'm surprised it is going to be as large as was quoted in the article. Having said that, now that I've dug up a photo I took of the community centre I can see how the restaurant will fit in:
