Yep, those are for the upcoming display signs (same as what are downtown). Initially they will be programmed to the schedule, later updated to the GPS/RFID based tracking once the system is implemented from what I've heard. Expect to see them start popping up at all the stations, there was a tender put out to install the frame (but not the signs yet) for all the other stations.
