Signature has not yet been released by Concord. The sales agent said it was possible they would release this project for sales in April 2011. Let's wait and see... Concord has alot of land to play with before they even need to think about this tower.

It's a Vision, not an active proposal.

Just walked by the One Bloor sight and saw an updated sign for retail. Or maybe I just havent been up to Bloor and Yonge for a while. Does First Gulf Corporation mean anything to you guys, and how long has this sign been here. Are you telling me I gotta wait two more months for this thing to begin construction. I'll have a nervous breakdown waiting before that begins. Today is January the seventh. by my count that means one month and three weeks before the excavators return to this site. NERVOUS ENERGY BUILDING.

Relax Cal. (Hard for an impatient Tiger I know...)

First Gulf is Great Gulf's commercial arm. The sign has been there for some time.

It's ok, 2 months is nothing I think I'll make it.

Here is a picture I snapped of the site.

A new 155.8 m / 511 ft proposal for Burnaby. This ties for 25th place.

After seeing this shot i wondered. whatever happened to the front street proposal? will we see something else in the future?

I think towers on the front street lot and the lot adjacent (the one with the Ritz presentation centre) would look nice.

^Even though I am sure you are kidding in this case, there is some truth to many Canadians disliking Toronto. Why is it that Americans are all proud of their big city, New York, but most Canadians dislike, hate, are jealous of, or resent Toronto?

When bragging to other countries about their own, Americans will point to New York as their example, even if they are not from there. However, Canadians will go out of their way to brag about their own town and do anything they can not to bring Toronto into the conversation.

W'sup wit dat?

Probably because NY is the most amazing city on earth, whereas Toronto is just another good big city. FYI most Americans dont have many nice things to say about New Yorkers either.

Yes you will, nothing that will knock you socks off, but it is alive and kicking. Expect another project similar to the Ritz/RBC project in size.

Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Monaco are far more interesting to me than New "York. I guess, cause I've been to New York so many times, it just like Hamilton to me.

Anyways.. even in the United States I am more curious about Los Angeles and Miami than I am about New York. Like I said, probably because I go there often. Manhattan though is more than amazing, like that city is made out of gold.

Nice to hear about Front Street kicking in at 200 meters. !! 'It will look amazing in that skyline shot posted above by myself.
