That is a real stretch. The real problem is that the bottom has fallen out of the market for high-end real estate. In Whistler, for example, I heard on the news last night that the prices have dropped by fifty percent. Unfortunately, the developer and the last council took a gamble on moving the development upscale and lost big time. This move also delayed the starting of construction which pushed up costs.
