I think that it is a good start, especially since it includes skyboxes, VIP room and change-rooms. But since the Mayor has been talking about a 25,000 - 30,000 seat facility many of us have started to think bigger. I still prefer an urban site to a suburban site which I believe this proposal must be at 40 acres.
