i'm not sure where you've been the last ten years but that area is growing............................................................................................ a lot.
what's the big fuss about some people not wanting this to be built? i mean it's not like i really really really want it to be built. but i just don't see why people care. i'm indifferent about it... but if it does get built it would be cool to see that part of austin growing. cause i don't know whether people like it, i mean, fact is i don't know what people like or don't like... it's all strange to me but the area is growing. it's like going to a small town and people want it to stay small, bland and boring.... and if it starts growing, it beats me why people get upset about it growing. it makes no sense at all. that's what happens all the time... babies are born, people move in while old folks pass on.
i'm not sure it will get built but if it does.... let it. who cares? and no... the area is not in the midddle of nowhere... there's so much traffic in that area. another ten-twenty years austin and san antonio will be connected. pretty much like it is from san francisco to san jose..... which is about the same distance but of course i doubt the area will ever get to 7million people but it might very well come close whether people like it or not.
