Well it is picking up helicopters in YEG, perhaps it is bringing a load of hockey players for the Oilers to pick from?

First off, apologies for the crudeness of the comparison.

For scale...goalposts are 40' high. This thing is nearly 60' (at the tail??). Imagine this sitting at centre field next time you're at a game...HUGE!

The AN-225 is one frigging big bird!

Check out the size comparison to the 747-400, A380-800 and the Spruce Goose below:



The AN-225 blows all of them out of the water with its fuselage size.
