Doubtful, since the Evergreen station platforms will need to be (at least) the same length as Millenium station platforms since some trains running east from Lougheed will go to Coquitlam, rather than loop back to New West.
I read somewhere that all the E-Line and M-Line stations were getting lengthened to handle 6-car Mk II trains. If so, the Evergreen stations should be built to that length now instead of spending hundreds of millions doing platform lengthening later, even though there may not be enough passenger traffic to justify it on opening day. A compromise to save time & money may be to have the provisions for longer platforms in the station design, but only build what's needed for the first few decades of expected passenger traffic.
However, after all the E-Line and M-Line stations are lengthened, you would then have to ensure short 4-car Mk II trains run on the Evergreen line and M-Line from UBC to Coquitlam, and long 6-car Mk II trains don't get used on the Evergreen line (you don't want the front and back cars of a long train having their doors open to empty space).
