I guess is this tower's turn to make slow progress, it was fast at the beginning but for some reason that pace has significantly decreased after reaching ground level

^ Silverstein said that would happen, as he wraps up his dispute with the Port Auhority.

Here's the outlook...

I'm seeing reports over at SSC and WNY saying steel is going up on the site.

RBGZ is stuck on Nov 30th, and I don't see anything on earthcam, can someone confirm?

^ I think you are referring to WNY which I posted that update this morning. Today they put up a good amount of core steel both vertical and horizontal.

I am glad this tower is finally coming out of the ground. It should start to rise a bit quicker.

Don't expect anything major until January, this is just core steel.

Amazing what a difference a few days can make. I was by the site earlier in the week and there was no steel to be seen; good to see that has changed.

The countdown begins for 1 Liberty Plaza being shadowed (it’s going to make for an amazing canyon).

Construction of Four World Trade Center might be halted in the next time. That whould be very bad in my opinion. Have a look at the follwing interview with Larry Silverstein. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/11/realestate/commercial/11sqft.html?_r=1

That article is two months old, and steel at 4WTC is flying up. You can't be sure of anything at this stage.
