Evergreen isn't getting an OMC. If anything it's getting a storage yard. No operations centre (trains will be controlled from Edmonds), no maintenance facility.

I think the Bombardier research centre building was sold.

For some reason (not sure why) the plans for the Vancouver West segment through the Finning lands show an underground station for Finning Station (cut and cover), then the bored tunnel starts in the hill under Prince Edward St. I don't see why it can't be elevated - probably due to aesthetics.

May as well toss in another issue:
The Evergreen Line is part of the "T-Line" provided for under the Livable Region Strategic Plan. The Vancouver West segment of the M-Line would also be part of the T-Line, but only to, say, Arbutus or Granville - not all the way to UBC.
To plow through the UBC Line before the Evergereen Line would probably require an amendment to the Livable Region Strategic Plan (just ike the SE corridor would have required for Evergreen) - and that requires the
unanimous consent of all Metro Vancouver municipalities (I doubt the Tri-Cities would agree).
The new Regional Growth Strategy, however, does indicate a rapid transit link to UBC (rail or bus), but that hasn't yet been passed by Metro Vancouver.
