my sister's cul-de-sac had 7-8 empty lots in July... 5 are now U/C with SOLD on the signs.

Same here.....my cul-de-sac had 6-7 empty lots in June......now 2. And as of today they are digging behind me to. A mini earth Quake every two min or so.

Winnipeg and Quebec also didn't get included then, other cities that are often forgotten. We're not alone on this.
Well I think any city with a CMA over 1 million people would have been included. Not to take away anything from Winnipeg or Quebec but I would hate for Edmonton to be grouped into these cities
